Please kindly note yourself the return policy for customer-made items if the item is custom-made, and note the corresponding return policy only for standard-made items when the items belong to standard made.
If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us via ward@Siluethe.com to arrange for your return. You will be responsible for contacting us before your return. If you return it in private, we will not be able to accept your case, please contact us before returning the goods.
If your order has not been paid yet, you may cancel it by clicking "Cancel order" in your account at Siluethe.com.
If your order has not been paid in 30 days, it will be cancelled automatically.
If you cancel your orders before shipment,you will get full refund. If you have any questions about other categories, please contact ward@siluethe.com.

Return policy for standard-made items:
14 Days Return Warranty
We can accept the unconditional returns within14 days after our customers get the package. When we confirm the arrival of your returned package, we will refund your money. If it has no quality issue, customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return.
The refund requests from our customers are acceptable unconditionally if customer service confirms that we send you the wrong item.
Siluethe cannot refund any fees that are not responsible for Siluethe and not paid to Siluethe. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs that may occur in the refund process.
Please note:
* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials.
1.You will be responsible for contacting before your return. Be sure to include your order number, login account, and return reason on a piece of paper with your return.
2.We will confirm the application for refund within 2 working days generally.
3.We will refund your money to your account within 2-7 business days after your return has been received and confirmed. We are not responsible for lost,damaged or stolen packages.
4.We will refund the partial cost of merchandise but exclude the original shipping charges and return shipping fees if the return applied.
5.If you wish to make an exchange or need a replacement, you must return the original item back to us and place a new order for a replacement item.
In addition, it is recommended that you take some pictures for details if the item(s) is (are) not the same as the picture shown or the description we say.
